PET Technologies to present its 4th generation of blow molders at NPE 2018

Traditionally PET Technologies will exhibit its equipment. This time it is automatic PET stretch blow molding machine APF-3002 with output 3000 bph to produce 0.2 – 2.0 l bottles. Water and CSD, juice and concentrates, milk and dairy products, chemicals and detergents producers choose it due to technical characteristics.

Its reliability and efficiency multiplied by reasonable price and easy maintenance explain why PET bottles manufactures from Europe, Asia, North America and Latin America have already installed it.

Plan to increase production? Then the the 4th generation of PET stretch blow molders APF-Max is optimal solution. Only 15 minutes are enough to change the blow mold and start to produce another PET bottle from 200 ml to 3 L. You can buy 7000 bph modification and after certain period of operation increase the output even up to 14000 bph! It is enough to install extra mold cavities and several lamps in the heater.   

APF-Max blow molder is equipped with the special short-wave near infrared heating system (NIR). It is not a common method for PET blow molding machines market, but has its evident benefits. Preform heating is more efficient and in the same time less kilowatts are consumed. The heater itself is significantly shorter. Thus, APF-Max output is higher and its dimensions are more compact.
